Selfridges picks marketing boss

Sally Scott has been promoted by Selfridges to the position of marketing director. Ms Scott will replace Beverley Churchill, who quite the retailer in June 2005. Scott will oversee an advertising budget of more than £1.5 million and will be responsible for Selfridges’ ‘theatre’-based marketing strategy.
