Competitor Conclusion

In conclusion, I found that the main competitor for my service is Liberty. This is because they also offer the same service and provide the consumer with the same benefits and quality goods. With this being so, i will need to ensure that this is not exactly the same or this would be copying. I will take hints from this to allow my campaign to be the best it possibly can be and become a success and allow this to seem realistic.

In addition, the likes of supermarkets and florists like Margaret and Mason, and Interflora also pose threats due to these being easy and simple as you do not need the haste of a long drive. With this being so, i need to reiterate that this will be worth the drive, the time and also the experience. I want my service to provide the consumer with not only the good but the work of art behind this, i want this then to tell a story of a creative lifestyle and ensure that the customers keep coming back for more with Selfridges.

I will use tips from the likes of John Lewis and Harvey Nichols in terms of advertisements and connecting with the audience to allow that connection to be bonded together. This will then hopefully allow my service to speak out in a strong manner.

Now that i have finished looking into competitors and their style, image and aura. I will now plan to research into more innovative ideas and try and list them and then from this i will be able to become selective and pick the ones that stand out and which ones will allow the brand to stand out and draw in a new customer profile.
